Ingredients
! sandwich thin
100g smoked ham
20g cheddar cheese
half a tin of tomato soup
Method
Fill the sandwich thin with the ham and cheese, and toast in a frying pan until on a medium heat until brown and crispy on the outside and the cheese has meted on the inside. It should take about 2 minutes on each side.
Serve with tomato soup.
Freezing and storage
This recipe does not freeze or keep well in the fridge.
