1 small tin of sweetcorn
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green jalapeno, diced
small handful of coriander, diced
30g crumbly Lancashire cheese, crumbled
100g ham hock, diced
30g crumbly Lancashire cheese, crumbled
For the sauce:
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Juice and zest of 1 lime
2 heaped tablespoons of green yogurt
1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder
