Ingredients
15g oats
banana
handful of ice or a cup of water
handful of fresh strawberries
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
50g of quark
Method
Blend all of the ingredients.
Drink :-)
Be careful with the amount of oats you put in here. Oats are great for you, but they still contain MUCH more carbs than they do protein! So don't add too many if you are trying to keep your protein intake high and calories low.
